There are two ways to reach the SearchLight team:

• In the app: open the contact form — it's pre-filled with your account context, so it's the fastest route for questions about your own data.
• By email: write to support@searchlightdigital.io. Include your company name and, when relevant, the report and date range you're looking at.

For questions about your account's marketing strategy or attribution setup, your account manager is the best first stop.
